PEPPERY CRUNCHY COLESLAW

Ingredients

3 cups cabbage (red and green), shredded
2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
½ cup carrots, shredded
1 apple, diced
2 green onions, chopped
DRESSING
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Pepper

Instructions

Place first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and toss
to combine. Mix together dressing ingredients;
spoon over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
Add more Sunset Seasoned Pepper, to taste.
