CARAMEL APPLE TARTS

Ingredients

1 packet Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired)
3-4 medium apples, cubed (with or without skin)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup water
1/4 tsp. salt
6 baked tart shells
1 packet Graham Topping (included in box)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired) and flour until thoroughly blended. Add water and salt. Whisk together until all dry ingredients are dissolved. Place apple pieces in a medium saucepan. Pour liquid over apples and cook on high until liquid begins to boil. Reduce heat to medium-high and continue to simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until liquid has been reduced to a thick sauce. Spoon apples and sauce into tart shells. Sprinkle with Graham Topping for garnish. Serve warm! Makes 6 servings.

Optional: Top with a spoonful of whipped topping and drizzle with caramel sauce.
