KANSAS CITY RUB ROASTED POTATOES

Place potatoes and carrots in a resealable bag along with the oil and Kansas City Rub Sheet Pan Seasoning. Close bag and squeeze bag to thoroughly coat the potatoes. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a sheet pan or baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Spread marinated potatoes and carrots onto the sheet pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender.
