FARMSTAND BAKED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

4 pork chops
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
½ packet Farmstand Vegetable Sheet Pan Seasoning
¼ cup flour
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 egg, whisked
1-2 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a
shallow bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and Farmstand Vegetable
Sheet Pan Seasoning. Place flour on a shallow plate and season with salt & pepper.
In another shallow bowl add whisked
egg. Dab pork chops with paper towel
to absorb moisture.
Dredge in flour, then dip in egg and
then bread crumb mixture. Press the
crumbs so they stick. Heat olive oil in
a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Brown pork chops one minute per side.
Place chops on prepared baking sheets
and bake for 15 minutes until they reach
an internal temperature of 145°F.
Do not over bake.
