Ingredients
1 packet Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired)
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 large or 2 small apples, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Granola
Caramel sauce
1 packet Graham Topping (included in the box)
Instructions
Combine Greek yogurt with Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired); refrigerate
for at least two hours. Add apples, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a small pan;
bring to a boil over medium heat, then
cover and lower heat to a simmer for
10-12 minutes or until apples are tender.
Let cool. In serving dishes or small jars
add some of the apples, top with some
granola, then yogurt mixture. Repeat
the layers and add a drizzle of caramel
syrup on top. Sprinkle Graham Topping
and additional granola on top, if desired.
