Ingredients
1 pkg. refrigerated cookie dough
1 packet Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired)
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. butter
Fresh fruit of your choosing, sliced (apples, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, grapes, etc... )
1 packet Graham Topping (included in the box)
Instructions
Press cookie dough evenly in the bottom of a greased 12" round pan to form crust. Bake 16-20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside and let cool. Meanwhile, combine Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired) with cream cheese and butter until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture on crust, top with fresh fruit, then sprinkle with Graham Topping. Refrigerate until ready to slice and serve.
