Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs
3 apples, thinly sliced
1 packet Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired)
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
1 packet Graham Topping (included in box)
Caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. For the crust, combine cake mix, melted butter, and
1 egg. Press into a 9" x 13" pan and top with apple slices. For the topping,
combine Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired), cream cheese, 2 eggs, and
powdered sugar; mix until smooth, then pour mixture into the pan on top of
crust and sprinkle with Graham Topping. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool before
serving. Drizzle with caramel sauce, if desired.
