CHEESY SPINACH & BACON ROLL UPS

Ingredients

1 packet Cheesy Spinach & Bacon Dip Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 yellow or orange pepper, cut into strips
3 flour tortillas (8")

Instructions

Combine Cheesy Spinach & Bacon Dip Mix and cream cheese. Spread
on tortillas, place a strip of pepper on the cream cheese mixture at the
edge of the tortilla wrap, roll tightly so pepper ends up in middle of rolled
up tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap; chill for up to 24 hours. Cut each roll into
¼” wide pinwheels and serve on a platter
